A 20-day guarantee applies on most online purchases from Midway. Requests for Return Authorization must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 20 days of the purchase date. Shop.com Master Order #, reason for return and condition of product must be included in the email request. Return Instructions will be sent by email. Return Authorization is valid for 20 days.
A RESTOCKING FEE will apply on all returns as specified below and at the discretion of Midway Return Dept.
10% Return Fee: Electronics, Computer & Technology Products, Small Appliances, Outdoor Gear, Gaming Products
5% Return Fee: All other merchandise, such as automotive, and household products
Additional Fees up to 50% will apply on open packages.

No Returns accepted on televisions. Contact manufacturer for warranty service for defective TVs.
To ensure full credit for your return, please follow these instructions:
1. Mark RGA # on outside of shipping carton. Do NOT write on or alter original mfr's box.
2. Return item(s) in original mfr packaging. Open pkgs will incur add'l fees.
3. Include all parts, registration card and instructions supplied with the original product.
4. Return in NEW condition - not used, installed or disassembled.
5. Use sufficient packing material and an appropriate shipping carton.
6. Returns via trackable shipping method.
Additional fees may apply on returns that do not fulfill these conditions. Refunds for returns without prior authorization may incur an additional fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email details to email@example.com and instructions will be provided.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, a refund will be issued. If inaccurate address was approved at checkout, freight charges are non-refundable. Reshipments are not processed. A new order with correct address must be placed.
REFUSED DELIVERIES: Shipments that are "refused" will be handled as a return in accordance with our return policy. Unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved, return fees apply and freight is non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests must be received by us prior to 3 pm CST. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. It is best to contact us by phone 866-643-9291. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return it following the instructions above. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
