Support: If your pictures are not displaying you may need to format your picture files to be compatible. This program takes any picture file given to it (PNG, JPEG, or BMP) and converts it to a 320x240 JPEG format that is compatible with the viewer. Download this program here: GV350 Software. Follow these steps: 1. Simply drop a photo or a folder full of photos onto the program icon. This will create folder "Digital Photo Viewer" on your desktop containing the converted picture files. 2. Copy the converted JPEG files to the \DCIM\100Media folder on your blank memory card. Picture files must be stored in this folder in order for them to display on the viewer. Most digital cameras store images in that folder. Inserting a blank memory card in the viewer will also create this folder for you.
