Return Policy
Due to our products being personalized, we are unable to offer a refund unless it is our mistake. In the event that an error should occur on your order, we will be happy to work with you to correct the error as soon as possible. Please review your order carefully, and if there are any issues, please contact us via email within 5 business days of receipt at casey@wackykracker.com. If you made a mistake on your order, we will be happy to offer a 25% discount to have the items reprinted and will do so for you as quickly as possible!
If your order has not yet been printed, we can cancel your order, however please contact us right away. If the order has been received and processed and a proof was submitted, there is a non-refundable fee of $5.00. Once an order has been printed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
