How to Return an Item
Packages shipped to us which contain returned items must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Those without an RMA# will be refused. Please contact us prior to returning anything, and we will issue you an RMA number which will help us quickly identify your package when it arrives, and help us to more-efficiently process your refund, repair, replacement, or store credit.
Non- Defective Items
We accept products that are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be unused, in saleable condition, and contain all original packaging.You are responsible for shipping charges on returns of non-defective items. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If, upon inspection, returned items are found to be in non-saleable condition, you will not be credited and will be charged for having the item(s) shipped back to you.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery! If items received are found to be defective/not working, please contact us so that we can arrange for repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Damages and Shortages
Damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order to make a claim. For your protection, when receiving merchandise from any source, you should carefully examine your order. Inspect boxes for damage and check your shipment against the packing slip/bill of lading to verify receipt of all boxes and content. Have the driver note damage or shortages on your delivery receipt and keep all cartons and packing material.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on some custom made, special order, or any multimedia items (software, videos, cds, tapes). Health Laws dictate that we must refuse returns of orthopedic soft goods (pillows, linens), braces or electrodes after they have been tried on or used, so do not remove protective plastic from pillows or other orthopedic soft goods if you aren't sure whether you want to keep the item. We cannot accept returns on any opened creams, lotions, or any other perishable personal-care products which have been opened.
Some manufacturer-direct items may require an additional restocking or recalibration fee.
