Return Policy:
· Returns within 45 days of original shipping date are eligible for a 100% product refund so long as product is in good and resalable condition.
· Returns within 46-90 days of shipping are eligible for a 50% product refund so long as product is in good and resalable condition.
· Returns after 91 days from the original ship date will not be refunded.
· Customer is responsible for shipping the return.
· Shipping charges will not be refunded.
· A one-time restocking fee of $5.00 plus any applicable chargeback fees will be deducted from all refunds for each return.
Damaged Product /Incorrect Orders:
If you receive damaged or defective product or an incorrect order please contact our customer service team within 30 days of original shipping date at 800-887-2919 x 323 (M-F 8:45 am to 4:15 pm CST). We can assist with replacing or correcting your order. Any chargeback fees assessed to Clinical Products, LLC for a related MA Payment Transaction will be deducted from any refund owed the customer.
Order Changes:
Orders once received by Clinical Products, LLC can?t be modified. Customer is liable for the full order amount and refunds are covered by the return policy. Any chargeback fees assessed to Clinical Products LLC for a related MA Payment Transaction will be deducted from any refund owed the customer covered under the return policy.
