Fairway Fore Fitness Exercise Program
Fairway Fore Fitness is a year-round workout program that helps strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and develop muscle memory specifically for the golfer's swing. Developed by a PGA professional, it breaks the golf swing into six phases. A licensed physical therapist took those six phases and designed a strengthening and flexibility exercise program just for them. Includes DVD or videotape (your choice), plus a golf-exercise tension band with anchor to attach to door, full-color wall poster explaining the 6-phase program, three laminated guides to take to the golf course (golf tips, first-tee warm-up guide, on-course stretch guide). Please specify DVD or videotape.
