UNOPENED Products may be returned with 14 days of delivery, except for fragrances which only have a 7 day return period from the date of delivery.

Here are the simple steps to arrange for a return.

First, please contact us via email at support@myhmpharmacy.com to receive a return authorization number and the correct warehouse address for the return . Any returns that do not have a return authorization number, will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us at support@myhmpharmacy.com.

All returns will be refunded to your credit card. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any item returned. Returned orders with free shipping will be subject to a restocking fee, plus a $7.95 shipping fee subtracted from the refund. The remainder will be refunded to you within 3 business days of receipt minus shipping costs. We suggest you return the item WITH a tracking number to insure there is nothing lost enroute. We are not responsible for any items that do not arrive to us.

Any item that is damaged or defective, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Once we receive the report, we will replace your item without additional shipping charges. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Items being returned cannot be damaged or worn in anyway and must have the original tags,labels and seals attached. Any item returned to us, that is not in the original condition as it was sent, will not be eligible to be returned.
