We accept returns for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number prior to return shipping. If the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped by Half Pint Citizens, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an unwanted item you will be responsible for shipping charges (each way). Items in NEW condition will be refunded 100% (with the original and undamaged packaging including papers, plastic wraps and tags uncut). If the item is not received in resalable conditions (i.e. open boxes, product damaged, writing on the box other than shipping label, missing accessories or papers,...), we will impose a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 75% with a minimum of $5 depending on the condition of the item we receive. Items sent without RMA numbers or more than 30 days after purchase will be automatically subject to a restocking fee of 30% with a minimum of $15. Note that this restocking fee may be higher if the item is not in perfect resalable condition. If a product is defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please note that hygiene products like breast pumps and baby bottles are not returnable. If you received free shipping at time of purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
