Foam Pet Nest Cuddler by Caddis Pet Products All of the foam beds are made using only high density foam manufactured with the CFC free method (no chloro- fluorocarbons). Caddis uses medical grade, orthopedic convoluted "egg crate" foam in the Ultimate Bed and the bottom of the Pet Nests and Cat N' Rounds to disperse and reduce pressure for additional comfort for your pet. All of the foam beds are hand washable with mild soap and water. - Cover: 100% cotton, elasticized at the bottom for removal, washable & dryable.
- Filler: Thick flat foam walls with convoluted foam bottom. Hand washable.

Washing Instructions: Machine wash in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. See below. Return Policy
Return Policy At Comfort1st.com you will have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchased items for the first 30 days from the date of the invoice subject to the terms below. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number that we have issued will be refused. We will honor a full refund (less shipping charges) on any products listed as having a full money back guarantee or extended return policy.
On "Buyer's Remorse" returns of all Non-Defective or Non-Damaged Items there will be a 15% restocking fee or a minimum of $5.00 charged. We will credit your credit card for the originally invoiced amount less the restocking fee & less the shipping on the item(s). We will not pay for the shipping charges to return Non-Defective or Non-Damaged items. If any of the contents of the item purchased are missing (including instructions, registrations and warranty information) or not re-saleable when returned may be charged more than the above referenced 15% restocking fee or $5 minimum. We reserve the right to replace defective or damaged products with any necessary replacement parts rather that arrange for a pickup of the item. On returns of all Defective or Damaged Items we will reimburse you for the return freight charges, once it has been inspected and approved. Defective or Damaged items not retuned for replacement will be charged a 15% restocking fee or $5.00 minimum however any Defective or Damaged item returned for replacement will not be charged a 15% restocking fee or $5.00 minimum. All replacement products are shipped free of charge. Returned items damaged due to insufficient packaging will not receive refund or credit. Used products not in new condition are not returnable. Returns will not be accepted without proper return authorization from our Customer Service Department.
