Return Policy At Frontgate, we stand behind every product we sell. Our no-questions-asked Signature One-Year Guarantee lets you put any Frontgate product to the test. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 90 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item, whichever you prefer. In addition, we will repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of purchase.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Complete the Frontgate Exchange/Return form that came with your order.
Use the return shipping label attached to your Exchange/Return form.
Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package.
Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post.
