Helps Keep Skin Healthy! Fumaric Acid plays an important role in the citric acid cycle of human metabolism and is critical to maintaining healthy skin. Recommended dosage: During first three weeks, one capsule daily prior to breakfast with plenty of fluids. Increase by one capsule at two to three week intervals. Maximum dose: Six to seven capsules. Maintenance dose: One to two capsules daily.
