We start off by baking a divine, rich chocolate cake from scratch (we never use mixes). Using premium quality cocoa, real butter and organic flour, to make the ultimate chocolate cake.Then the fun begins. Our chefs make our very own coconut/pecan cream, using in house roasted pecans and toasted coconut. This is then blended into our gourmet chocolate cake, and hand dipped in Ghirardelli??
