You can return the most items within 30 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com. We will assign Return Authorization (RA) and send you the steps to return the item. Item must be returned in original packing with all contents. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is returned in a damaged condition, return will be refused.
Items without an RA number on the package will be refused. You must ask for RA no prior to returning the item. We will send you an RA number and return shipping address.
Shipping & Handling is not refundable. There will be 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping cost to send the item back is the Buyer's responsibility.
We have no return policy on computer software, GPS Charts / Software, GPS Data Cards (SD, Micros SD or any other format), computer accessories, Software, iPod Accessories and video game items unless they are defective.
If you have received the defective/damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will replace the item without any extra cost. If you only want to return the defective item and do not need exchange, then refund will be processed minus shipping.
Items reported as defective will be checked upon arrival. If not found to be defective or if the item is returned damaged (or found to be handled roughly), 30% restocking fee will be charged.
