RETURN/DAMAGED PRODUCT/CREDIT POLICY Gourmet Food Store takes every step possible to ensure that you enjoy your purchase and your order is delivered promptly and correctly. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or in an unfit condition, please call or email us within one business day of receiving the shipment at 877-591-8008 or info@gourmetfoodstore.com. Any damaged or unfit product will be replaced. If the item you received is perishable, please keep it in your refrigerator until speaking with our customer service department.
If you would like to return a product for any other reason, please contact our customer service department within one business day of receiving the product. Products can be returned and credit will be issued once the product has been received by us and is found to be in usable condition. For returns that are not damaged or unfit products, We can only refund product costs for and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us. Please save all boxes and packing materials and maintain any product in your refrigerator or freezer as appropriate, pending resolution. Please do not return the merchandise without authorization by our Customer Service Department.
