If the items is damaged or defective, please call us for instructions. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
If the item shipped separately to you by our vendor (Drop Ship Item), please call for instruction. Shipped Separately items have a 90 day return period.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it withine 90 days and we will refund the item price or replace the product free of charge. Returmed items should be in original condition. Wrap the return securely in a sturdy box using strong packaging tape. If possible, use the original shipping carton and include your invoice copy. Be sure to use sufficient postage. Retain your postal and insurance receipts. Normal time to process is 10-14 days upon receipt of package.
