Return Policy & Instructions
Milan Designer Products are protected by a 30 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund minus shipping cost or product exchange if in unused conditions.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for:
A full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.
A product exchange
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Returns received after 7 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. That means that you may keep your item for up to 7 days without having to pay the restocking fees.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Re-stocking fees
Due to high returning expenses a 15% restocking fee applies on returns over $200. No restocking fees are applied to product Exchanges or lower value returns. The Return Fee is levied in order to recover costs associated with the return that we cannot otherwise recover.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Milan Designer will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
Return Authorization
Please call Customer Service at 703.468.1748 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Returning Your Item
Please write the Return Authorization number in the upper right-hand corner of the Return form enclosed with your purchase.
Write the return reason number in the "REASON RTN'D" column.
Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend USPS.
Check your e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed.
Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
Exchanging Your Item
Please call Customer Service at 703.468.1748 to arrange for an exchange.
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by FedEx or UPS at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
