The explanation when I called was that even though the item was in stock when I ordered it on-line, I must have been preempted by someone who ordered it over the phone at the same time I was ordering it on-line. Bunch of hooey. Bottom line is, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and now that won't happen. This is a disorganized outfit, and I'll never purchase anything from them again. " Date: 12/16/09
