Story Behind the Art:
Mexican jeweler Carlos Muņoz comes from a small city in central Mexico. 'While at the university in the School of Fine Arts, I began taking private lessons in areas that interested me - drawing, painting and jewelry making. I opened a small studio workshop where I designed suns and moons. These celestial elements were venerated by our ancestors and have fascinated me all my life. My designs are related with the firmament, each with an individual personality that reveals my Mexican essence.'
