If you would like to return or exchange merchandise please follow the instructions on the return form included with your order.
Send your return/exchange via the US Postal Service only. Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date (15 days if a Bridal item) along with the enclosed return form and your packing list. Address the package to: HerRoom.com Returns, P.O. Box 671269, Dallas TX 75367-1269.
We strongly urge you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. If returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver.
By law, intimate garments containing a crotch (e.g. panties, shapewear) cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. These returned items are given a biological test before any credit is issued.
PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
We will refund the value of the item returned and any taxes that you were charged, excluding any shipping charges. If you request to exchange an item standard shipping rates will apply to the re-shipment. The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment. Please see our schedule of rates at www.herroom.com. This amount will be billed to the original credit card used in the purchase unless otherwise requested. All returned item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging (if any).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There will be no return charge if we have shipped the wrong item or it is defective.
If you received free shipping on your purchase an $8.00 shipping fee will be assessed if any items are returned.
Returns received after 30 days (15 days if a Bridal item) will be subject to a $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is higher), if accepted. HerRoom.com reserves the right to refuse returns on any items after 30 days (15 days if a Bridal item).

Special Return Policy for Bridal Items
We appreciate how special your wedding day is to you. However, we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock for immediate delivery, and cannot be held responsible for manufacturers' deliver delays.
Bridal items must be returned within 15 days from the shipping date. We have found that brides are often not certain about their size and will order several sizes of the same garment. This can tie up an item for a fellow bride who is anxiously awaiting her order. It is for this reason that we enforce our re-stocking fee rigorously for late Bridal items. Returns received after 15 days will be subject to a $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is higher), if accepted.
