Then decide if you'd like a cast iron, enamel, or aluminum oven. If you buy a cast iron style, be prepared to care for it and season it regularly to keep it in tip-top shape.
Le Creuset is a great brand for just about any cookware, but can be very pricey. For a brand that is less expensive, try Lodge.
