AM or PM: Once or twice a week, apply Peel 1 Polishing Crystals to clean, dry face. For 1 to 3 minutes gently massage crystals using upward circular motions to polish away dead skin cells (do not scrub vigorously). Apply a thin layer of Peel 2 Plumping Activator over the crystals. Depending upon the level of exfoliation you would like to achieve & your skin type, either let set or gently massage for 1 to 2 minutes. For people with sensitive skin, let Step 2 set over Step 1, and for people wishing to achieve great exfoliation, gently massage Step 2 over Step 1. Foam will appear and skin may feel warm and tingly. Rinse well and dry skin. Nourish skin by following with HydroPeptide® Serum, Face, and/or Eye. For all skin types. DO NOT EXCEED MORE THAN FOUR APPLICATIONS PER WEEK.
