Designed to handle keys with large bows or long blades, the 040 is an automatic machine that can be used manually when needed. The Super Jaw 2 vises can be set four different ways to hold virtually any key. A very versatile key machine.
Dual capability of duplicating keys automatically or manually gives you freedom to select the type of action best suited for the duplicated key There are no complicated or involved procedures to follow for either the manual or the automatic mode; equipped with a dial type adjustment knob Equipped with extra wide vise jaws that permit cutting large bow keys and also with a carriage stop that prevents the cutter from hitting the vises Vise jaws made for clamping the double-sided convenience keys now being used on many of the imported cars.
