Credit will be extended on items returned in the original package, with receipt, within 30 days (unless otherwise noted on the product's policy). All returns must include a note explaining the reason for the return. Do not send a product back to us without an explanation. The item must be returned in unused, resalable condition in its original packaging. When shipping the product(s) back to us, be sure to repackage the item in all original packaging and place the appropriate amount of shippers insurance on the package to cover the full cost should damage or loss occur. IPS is not responsible for shipping loss or damage. Non-Returnable Products Items that are highly customized and made specifically on order are non-returnable. These products have been created especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Damage or Defects Please open and inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If there is apparent damage to the shipping container, do not sign for it unless you inspect it to insure the contents are not damaged. We have no way of proving that it was damaged by the shipper if you accept it.
