Designed for water heaters, the Intermatic EH10 is a digital 7-day type timer, permitting up to 6 ON/OFF operations each day or 42 ON/OFF operations each week.  The minimum ON or OFF time is one minute.  This time switch is powered by 120 VAC 60 Hz power supply.  You have the option to program the timers operation on all 7 days of the week, 5 week days only, two weekend days only or each day independently.

The timer is easy to mount with its removable snap-in design of the timer module into the housing.  The exterior NEAM 1 lockable steel enclosure is painted with an electrostatic painting process to eliminate the potential for corrosion.  The timer is equipped with an external override, this allows overriding of the timer without having to open the cover when the cover is padlocked.  A load indicator is visible for viewing the load status without having to open the cover.  The wiring terminal of the timer uses a teeter type terminal screw to provide secure connections for wire sizes up to #10 AWG.
