Not sure it;s worth it
I've tried it for a couple weeks, haven't noticed any difference. But please beware that this product and the might-a-min opc for kids have the same ingredients and dosage, except the D in Beauty blend is 1000iu vs. 400iu. I don't understand why they emphasize that the Beauty blend will help with skin, if that's true, so will the kids opc. MA should be more strict with the labeling and ingredients and dosage. These are not cheap supplements, they are expensive, I think MA should spend more work on product development.

What is the history of OPCs?
In 1534, French explorer Jacques Cartier was leading an expedition up the St. Lawrence River. Trapped by bad weather, Cartier and his crew were forced to survive on a ration of salted meat and biscuits.
