Your body needs support on the inside and the outside. That’s why we’ve developed Isotonix Bromelain Plus: to help support your body, letting you take action to help your body face what life puts in front of you.*

With its unique combination of bromelain, white willow bark and protease, Isotonix Bromelain Plus promotes your body’s immune system and inflammatory response, helping support the body’s normal ability to heal itself on a cellular and muscular level.*

Inside our bodies, certain cells normally detected by the immune system “disguise” themselves from the immune system using a protein layering as a shield. Thanks to its unique formula, Isotonix Bromelain Plus helps support your body’s ability to engage in “cellular house cleaning,” breaking down that protein layer to support your immune system, offering superior cellular protection.*

Isotonix Bromelain Plus also works synergistically with the body’s own repair system, promoting the body’s normal healing process.*

Isotonix Bromelain Plus also supports your body’s normal inflammatory response, and normal tissue recovery and repair. It also has the potential to support the body’s healthy inflammatory response, providing beneficial enzymes that help support your tissue health.*

Most competitor products containing bromelain don’t match what you’ll find in Isotonix Bromelain Plus, nor do they contain the complementary ingredient white willow bark. In addition, Isotonix Bromelain Plus delivers these ingredients in an isotonic form, meaning you’re getting a fast-absorbing, superior delivered product that works quickly and effectively.*

Support your body in facing what life puts in its way. Isotonix Bromelain Plus is for everybody, every day.*

Ingredients

Bromelain 544 mg
Bromelain is a mixture of enzymes found in the stems of pineapples. It is distinct from the bromelain found in the pineapple fruit. Bromelain is used as a meat tenderizer in one application but has other mechanisms that support various aspects of health.*

As a mixture of proteases, bromelain has been used by Europeans for many years for its support of normal inflammatory response. Its components work to help support the body’s normal inflammatory response and support the healing process. This is important for healthy joint function and adequate tissue repair, which supports the body’s normal recovery process. Because these proteases can interfere with parts of the inflammatory cascade, supplementation may help help to promote normal recovery after intense exercise.*

Bromelain has been extensively studied both in experimental models and clinical studies for its effects on the inflammatory response. Research also shows that bromelain may help support healthy blood viscosity and blood platelet aggregation, promoting healthy circulation. It also supports normal levels of fibrin in the blood, which promotes normal healing.*

Another study provided support of bromelain for promoting overall general well-being, along with support of comfort and physical function. There is also support for its role in promoting healthy cells. Bromelain also works to digest protein but, when taken on an empty stomach, it is not used as a digestive enzyme but provides systemic effects throughout the body.*

White Willow Bark 100 mg
White willow bark is the bark of the salix tree, which is native to Europe and Asia. Its name comes from the color of the leaves, which are covered with white hairs. White willow bark has been traditionally used for many years, dating back as far as the ancient Egyptians who used it for its health properties.*

Willow bark constituents include flavonoids, tannins and salicylates. The active constituent of willow bark is thought to be salicin. In the body, salicin is metabolized to salicyl alcohol and then to salicylic acid. White willow bark has been shown to support normal blood platelet aggregation and promote healthy blood flow.*

Protease 70 mg
Proteases are proteolytic enzymes that work to break specific peptide bonds or break down a complete peptide to amino acids. Oral proteases taken on an empty stomach are absorbed and carried into the bloodstream where they work to help maintain healthy cellular proteins. As systemic enzymes, proteases support the body’s normal recovery process.*

Combined with bromelain and white willow bark, the proteases help promote the body’s normal inflammatory process and support normal healing.*

FAQ

Who should take Isotonix Bromelain Plus?
Isotonix Bromelain Plus is formulated for everyone, every day. Its unique combination of benefits – supporting the body’s normal ability to repair itself, promoting the body’s normal healing process, promoting optimal cell health and more – make it ideally suited for adults looking to keep their bodies healthy and to help support the body’s ability to deal with the wear and tear of everyday life.*

How do you take Isotonix Bromelain Plus?
As the directions suggest, pour 3 level, white bottle capfuls of powder into a cup. Add 6 fl. oz./180 ml (line on the overcap indicates 2 fl. oz./60ml) of water and stir. As a dietary supplement, take once daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Maximum absorption occurs when taken on an empty stomach. This product is isotonic only if the specified amounts of powder and water are used. Do not take with food.

Where does bromelain come from?
Bromelain is found in every part of the pineapple, although it is most plentiful in the stem. Most commercially-grown pineapple is sliced, canned or juiced. The remains are rich with this substance, which is then extracted. Originally used as a meat tenderizer because of its ability to break down proteins, research now shows that powdered bromelain promotes health.*

How does bromelain work to support cell health?
Some cells in the body “disguise” themselves from the immune system by using a protein layering as a shield. Protease enzymes like bromelain help support your immune system in detecting these cells. These enzymes help support your body’s ability to engage in a so-called “cellular house cleaning” important to the maintenance of cellular health.*

I am a very active individual. How does Isotonix Bromelain Plus support my body’s normal ability to repair and heal?
Physical activities such as sports, jogging, weight training, aerobics, and martial arts can cause mechanical stress to connective tissues or the normal buildup of pro-oxidants.

Isotonix Bromelain Plus is a concentrated blend of powerful protease enzymes designed to support a healthy inflammatory response, and the normal tissue and recovery repair process. This process promotes your body’s normal healing process and keep up your daily regimen.*

Should I take Isotonix Bromelain Plus with Isotonix Champion Blend Plus?
Isotonix Bromelain Plus and Isotonix Champion Blend Plus complement each other nicely. Isotonix Champion Blend Plus will help support your joint function and mobility, as well as the body’s normal repair and healing process.*

Isotonix Bromelain Plus supports your healthy inflammatory response and normal healing and tissue and recovery repair process. In addition, it supports cellular health and your immune system, providing another layer of protection.*

Even though there are several bromelain products on the market, only Isotonix Bromelain Plus delivers a powerful package of bromelain and white willow bark to promote the body’s ability to heal itself on a cellular and muscular level. In addition, Isotonix Bromelain Plus is the only bromelain product on the market available in an isotonic delivery form.

By offering this product in an isotonic solution, the body has less work to do in achieving maximum absorption. In comparison to tablets or capsules, Isotonix Bromelain Plus is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream making the absorption of nutrients highly efficient while delivering maximum results.

    Comments about Isotonix® Bromelain Plus:

I haven't been using this product long. But I have been using Bromelain, (in tablet or capsule form) for years as an anti-inflammatory. I was taking 3 times the dosage recomended for Isotonix Bromelain Plus with less results. The delivery system is so superior.

    Absolutely Pain Free Now

    By VickieS

    from USA

    Comments about Isotonix® Bromelain Plus:

I have plantar faciasitis and bursitis of the right heel. I have been placed on steroids and cortisone shots, but they didn't touch the pain. I couldn't drive my car or walk our dogs, because the pain was so extreme. When this product became available, I decided to try it right away. Within 3 days of taking it, I noticed that the pain had lessened. I have been taking it for about two months now and am absolutely pain free!! I will not be without this product. I love this product!!

    Taste Bad

    By RoseM

    from USA

    Comments about Isotonix® Bromelain Plus:

Great idea, but taste horrible. I love pineapple. I love cherries. However, the two flavors do not mix well in this product. I dislike the flavor so much that I gag every time I use it. It doesn't matter how well it works if it isn't pallettable. I'd like to suggest reformulating using orange as the base favor.

It's done wonders for my asthma!

    By ElmerR

    from USA

    Comments about Isotonix® Bromelain Plus:

I took a steady dose of Bromelain, Resveratrol, and OPC3 at separate intervals over a 24 hour period and the tightness in my lungs I'd normally feel, urging me to cough, have practially gone away! It was about 80% reduced within 24 hours, and steadily taking the Bromelain over a three week period has all but eliminated the problem! I just ran 3 miles WITHOUT having to use my inaler for the first time! It felt wonderful! I'd recommend this product to anyone!
