I started taking the multivitamin and OPC-3 in October of 2013 because my knees were killing me. In 3 months they started to feel much better. The pain I had when walking up the stairs and the sound that my knees made was gone. So on my next order I added the calcium plus and the activated b-complex. The 4 of them saved me money and I have always taken 2 of the 4 of the produces. I tried the 4 together and i love it.The taste is wonderful and i will never go back to pills again.One tip that I learned is the colder the water the better it dissolves. The only thing I have trouble with is measuring the same amount of powder in that small cap every time.

This tastes even better when all four are combined in one 8 oz glass of water. I started giving it to my teenage daughter and she drinks it with her breakfast instead of juice. I had dangerously low iron and I'm anemic but I never took iron pills or any vitamins because they always upset my stomach. Not this.No tummy ache at all! I also have more energy. I don't have that afternoon downward spiral anymore that makes me want to grab a cup of coffee, grab a donut or take a nap. It doesn't make me feel like I'm bouncing off the walls and then crash either, I'm on a good steady flow of energy the whole day. My digestive track is working better too. And I can get through my Saturday morning exercise class without having to stop and take a break anymore! I wish I could mix it with more water without diluting it further or adding more power because it tastes so good.

Believe the hype- this essentials kit has been a God-send for me and my family. We've taken the disgusting multivitamins from various vitamin stores and all I ended up with was a nasty after taste and evidence that the "vitamins" were running right through me! When I started taking the Isotonix Daily Essntl w/ Iron I felt the effects immediately. I didn't need the routine pick me up in the middle of the day because I have plenty of energy- but not the nervous jittery kind you get from drinking Starbucks every day to keep up... My husband's sinus issues seemed to subside and even my son's tendonitis in his knees eased up. All around great product that you can feel good about taking because of the quality approach to development. This is definitely something my family and I intend to keep on taking.
