Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resaleable condition and that have received a RAN. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item(s) only.
Shipping costs and gift-wrapping are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
All special order items (items that are ordered especially for you and usually take 3-6 weeks for delivery) are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

If you decide you would like to exchange a product that you ordered or that you received as a gift, the same rules apply as those above for returns. The item must be in the original/resalable condition, and you'll get credit for the product price only (shipping costs can not be refunded). Remember that special order items will have a 30% restocking fee deducted from the total credit amount. Return shipping and new shipping charges apply and are paid for by the customer.

Please note: personalized gifts items and breast pumps cannot be returned.
