At The Land of Nod, we promise our items will be as impressive in person as they appear in the catalog or on our website. If for any reason you¹re unsatisfied, however, just return your items within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once furniture orders have left our warehouse, customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Personalized items are not returnable. Return Policy
We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don’t work out. Fortunately, “1, 2, 3 No Changies” is not our return policy. We’re more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Just follow the steps on the back of our packing list.
