Crafted with attention-to-detail, heavy-duty construction, and quality carpet, this gorgeous piece is safe for climbing, with staggered-stair step placement of levels, and sturdy enough for Maine Coons and active kittens.

5 levels 2 cradle sleepers 3 flat platforms Approximate size: 24x24 Each rustic cat tree is handmade by a skilled craftsman, so the photograph is REPRESENTATIVE of the specific style. Your unit will not look exactly like the one shown, but will be close to its measurements and style. Your piece will contain 1 A-frame, 1 flat platform, and 2 cradle sleepers, but their placement will be determined based on the branches being used. HEIGHT may vary slightly. If you choose optional Sisal rope, our artisan will place the rope on one or more legs, as appropriate to the design of your specific piece.

Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all tags and paperwork still attached.
All returns require a return authorization number. Any returns sent back without a return authorization number are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any unused merchandise in unassembled, original condition (and in their original boxes or packages) with warranty cards unfilled, may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise and must be must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your item(s) .

A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL returns or exchanges of PET CARRIERS. once you place your pet into the pet carrier it is not returnable or exchangeable .
