For Returns: Please ship your products to the address below. A full credit will be issued to your credit card if:
* We receive your returned products within 20 days of the date your order was placed * Your returned products are unworn, tags are in place and panty liner protective strip is intact
* A valid Return Authorization #(invoice #) is included.
Returns received after 20 days of the order date will receive a store credit. Any orders received after 30 days of order will be sent back to customer.

For Mistakes:
* If you are shipped the wrong product or a defective product, we will reimburse your return shipping and ship you your desired product at no extra S&H charge.
