Farm & Home Supply Center guarantees your satisfaction and therefore gladly excepts returns for any reason if requested within 30 days of purchase. However you MUST request an RGA (return goods authorization) PRIOR TO RETURNING THE PRODUCT so that your account can be properly credited (all credits will be in the same form as payment received). The RGA number should be printed very clearly on the outside of the package used to send the returned merchandise back to us. Items that are returned without an RGA number will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of issuing the RGA.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Credits will be issued when merchandise is received back in marketable condition. A minimum restocking fee of 10% (depending on condition) will be assessed if the product has been used or is not in original packaging. Credit will not given for original shipping cost except in the case of a defective product. We also recommend purchasing insurance for all returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused during return shipping.
If there is a problem with your order that was our fault, we will take the necessary steps to make it right.
Under no circumstances will Farm & Home Supply Center reimburse any expedited shipping charges for returned merchandise.
