Products may be returned with 14 days of delivery. Here are the simple steps to arrange for a return.
First, please contact us via email at rma@DirectForSale.com to receive a return authorization number and the correct warehouse address for the return . Any returns that do not have a return authorization number, will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us at rma@DirectForSale.com
Next, tell us which method of return you prefer:
1) Request store credit for your purchase amount minus shipping. You will be given a store credit, and this Store credit can be used on any product(s)
2) Request a refund to your credit card or account. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any item returned. The remainder will be refunded to you within 3 business days of receipt minus shipping costs. We suggest you return the item WITH a tracking number to insure there is nothing lost enroute. We are not responsible for any items that do not arrive to us.
3) Request an exchange. we will glady exchange your item. Please notify us and we will arrange the return and re-shipment immediately. There will be no restocking fee for an exchange , however additional shipping charges may apply.
Any item that is damaged or defective, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Once we receive the report, we will replace your item without additional shipping charges. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Some items are not returnable because of their special status:
Lingerie and Intimate Apparel, Leather Goods, Body Jewelry, Custom Framed Art, Collectibles, Perishable items and other selected items as noted on the product description pages.
Items being returned cannot be damaged or worn in anyway and must have the original tags, labels and seals attached. Any item returned to us, that is not in the original condition as it was sent, will not be eligible to be returned. Further for watches returns that have water/condensation damage as this is usually due to improperly using the watch in wet condition and/or not following the manufacturer's recommendations, are not returnable.
For most home entertainment, video games, and opened software return are not accepted unless it is defective or mis-shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS due to supply regulations.
