The softly intense Key Lime liner is a sparkling olive shade that will enhance your eye color and define its shape. Who is it for: Suitable for all eye colors, skin tones, and types. Why is it different: This eye shadow and liner duo starts as a swirl of liquid pigments that are poured onto terra-cotta pans and baked for 24 hours. The result is an extremely fine powder that's silky smooth to the touch, with a dewy fresh look that adapts perfectly to each individual complexion. Easy and goof-proof, the eye shadow and liner glide on with a fluidity that creates a smooth, flawless line. The buildable formula also gets darker with every layer. How do I use it: With a shadow brush, stroke the eye shadow over your entire lid. Using a liner brush, apply the liner along your top and bottom lash lines.
