To exchange or return your purchase, complete the back of the packing slip in your order and return it with the merchandise within 90 days. Returns will be given credit for the full purchase price of the merchandise only. Please inspect your order promptly & notify us of any damage, defects, or missing items within 7 business days. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. All components of a kit must be returned to receive credit. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges or return postage. If you wish to exchange an item, shipping & handling fees will be collected for both the original & replacement order. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee & are eligible for merchandise store credit only. Returns or exchanges on drop-shipped orders including flat files, wire shelving, slide storage or cabinets will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Please call our Customer Care Department @ 1.800.828.6216 for return instructions for all drop-shipped items. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Custom cut items or personalized items cannot be cancelled upon completion or returned for refund, exchange, or modification.
