Our Satisfaction Guarantee simply states: If any Blair product ever fails to perform to your satisfaction, you may return it for a refund, replacement or credit.
You may return any item, for any reason, at any time. We do refund any taxes you were charged. We do not refund or credit shipping and processing charges. Normal time for processing returns is 10-14 days.
How to return an item
Step 1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form. If you don’t have the Return/Exchange Form, just be sure to include your name, address and customer number, along with instructions whether to exchange the item, refund the merchandise purchase price, or credit your credit card.
Step 2. Detach and enclose the Return/Exchange Form (or include your return/exchange information) in the package with the merchandise you’re returning.
Step 3. Choose your return shipping option:
Option A. Use the convenient SmartLabel™, found on your packing slip. (Please note that some heavier packages or items shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipped outside the continental United States do not include a SmartLabel™ and must be returned on your own.)
Simply attach the SmartLabel™ to your return package and give the package to your Postal Carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office location. No postage required. A $5.95 cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your merchandise refund or billed to your credit card. Option B. Return on your own, using the delivery service of your choice.
