Lobster Pot Pie
Let's face it, lobster is fancy. If you take any dish and add lobster, it instantly becomes more fancy. And very gourmet. So we took our classic homestyle pot pie recipe and added succulent chunks of coldwater lobster, sweet corn, potato, sherry cream sauce and a hint of cayenne to make this pot pie the hit of any meal, big or small. And even though we fancied it up with lobster, we still made it the old fashioned way. Flaky, buttery hand crimped crust and hearty, homestyle filling. Yum. Fancy pot pie is the best.
