Return Policy During the warranty period, Best Deals on TV, will, at its option, repair or replace defective or damaged products returned to Best Deals on TV. You may return any product you buy except gourmet foods, flowers and factory-sealed sports collectible sets. Due to supplier issues, on occasion we may also prevent returns on other selected products. Please call Best Deals on TV to find out if a particular porduct qualifies for return before actually shipping the product. Best Deals on TV will not refund the product price or the shipping charges for returned product that do not qualify for returns. Best Deals on TV will also not be responsible for shipping the product back to the customer if it is returned unauthorized and does not qualify for a return.
Product Return Process
Only those products that are governed by the 30 day money back gurantee period qualify for refunds. For all other product the individual products manufacturer guarentee applies. When calling Customer Support Team, please have the following information available: order number, a description of the problem, Valid proof of the date of original consumer purchase, before warranty service is provided. If our technician determines that a warranted product or part is defective and that either a repair is necessary or that a replacement product or part is required, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA.") number for the return of the defective product or part. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the original packaging, prior to return. Non-defective returns will be accepted directly by Best Deals on TV, within 30 days from the original purchase ship date, at the sole discretion of Best Deals on TV. All non-defective returns or returns after 30 days money back guarantee period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If a replacement product or part is supplied to you in advance of Best Deals on TV, receiving the defective product or part, the technician will ask for your VISA, Discover or MasterCard account information, including account number and expiration date to secure the return of the defective product or part. You are financially responsible for the return of the defective product or part and will be charged the original sales value and a restocking fee for the replacement product unless damage is determined to be manufacture's defect. The defective product or part must be received in the factory within Ten (10) days of the issue of RMA number else the RMA gets cancelled and you would have to contact Customer Support for a new authorization number. The defective product should be shipped to us freight prepaid and insured using the original box and packing materials (or equivalent packaging obtained from Best Deals on TV).
For your protection, Best Deals on TV, strongly recommends you to fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and to use a shipping carrier that provides proof of delivery. Shipment of the repaired or replaced product or part will be made freight collect and is also your responsibility.
Returns after 30 days
Items returned after 30 days do not qualify for a refund. They will be governed by the individual products warranty. Therefore, we do not accept returns that reach us after 30 days from the original shipping date. Please contact Best Deals on TV to find out about individual products warranty. All non-defective returns or returns after 30 days money back guarantee period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will only be issued at the discretion of the customer representative.
Product Damaged on Delivery
If you receive a product damaged on arrival at your door step, it is best to refuse the shipment and also ask for a note to be made on the carrier's delivery record in order for Best Deals on TV, to file a damage claim. . If you accept the package and later realise that it is damaged then please make sure that you Notify Best Deals on TV immediately by calling (800) 955-2388 or email our Return Department at support@bestdealsontv.com Please save the merchandise along with the original box and packing. If Best Deals on TV, is not notified of any damaged goods within the first 10 days of arrival; our regular return policy will govern any claim of damage, and will be subject to all current manufacturer's restrictions.
