The Pro Carbon 2 combines three of GarneauAAAs most breathable fabrics to make long rides in the summer heat as painless as possible.We couldnAAAt believe the light weight of the Carbon Ion fabric (95% polyester, 5% Resistex carbon fiber). We were also impressed with Carbon IonAAAs breathability and remarkable moisture-wicking capability. Garneau placed Carbon Ion Mesh panels in the underarms and back panel, where airflow is essential to performance. The textured mesh wonAAAt stick to your back, and provides a cooling zone between your skin and the fabric. Complementing the Carbon Ion and mesh are panels of Carbon Superleggera (75% Coolmax FX fiber, 25% Politex Carbon Resistex). SuperlegerraAAAs lightweight knit provides excellent airflow to keep you cool and comfortable. Cocona and an antibacterial treatment help fight odor. The full-length zipper lets you dump heat in a hurry, and three angled back pockets give you quick, easy access to your supplements. The elastic hem gripper keeps the Carbon Ion from riding up your back as you crank, and reflective elements make you more visible on the way home from racing.
