Return Policy 1. All returns must be phoned in for a return authorization number prior to shipment to insure proper handling of your return. All return authorization numbers (RMA) are valid for 10 days only.
2. Returns are permitted within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by us only if all conditions A, B, C, D, E, F below are met. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges of merchandise being returned to us. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee even if they are returned within the ten day period!
A) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
B) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted. Units that are defective may need to go back to the manufacturer for service directly and not be shipped to our facilities.
C) All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. For example, a camera must be returned with its original battery, charger, cords, straps, etc. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing.
D) All returns must be authorized by Ecom Electronics. Call for authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any merchandise back. Enclose the original receipt or a copy of it with your return.
E) Custom configured Desktops will be subject to additional restocking fees depending on the level of customization requested at time of purchase.
F) Packages that are refused will be charged for the actual shipping cost both to and from your location unless pre authorized by our customer service department.
G) Extended service contracts/warranties are not returnable.
3. Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not our responsibility. Please insure your return with your carrier. It is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the problem.
Rebates
Please be advised: We make every attempt to stay current with manufacturer rebates and rebate information on our site. We are not responsible for late or incorrect attempts to redeem a rebate or any other reason a rebate is not redeemed or redeemable. You as a customer are responsible to obtain, read and follow any manufacturer rebate guidelines necessary. PLEASE NOTE! Once a rebate request has been submitted for a product and/or the UPC code is missing from the box, the item is non-returnable. Please be sure that the product is working to your satisfaction and that you intend to keep it before filing for your rebate. If you have any questions please contact our customer service department prior to removing the UPC code from your product.
