Otherwise, we will ship according to schedule. Logs are perishable and need air and light, so they can't stay closed in the box for too long. Thank You! Our all-natural hardwood logs injected with shiitake spawn produce mushrooms every two months for years. Grow indoors with plants or outside in shade. Harvest in 6-10 days. Harvest shiitakes every month by alternating the producing log. Logs require regular soaking in non-chlorinated room temperature water every two weeks.
