If a Brookstone/Osim branded product purchased from Brookstone does not meet your expectations, you may return it with receipt within 60 days of purchase for a refund or merchandise credit. If you do not have a receipt, or after 60 days, no refund will be given-products may only be returned for merchandise credit at current pricing. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts.
