If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, within 30 days from receipt of any product or products that you purchased from XpresSpa Online Shopping we will fully refund all items. However, when you return an item, you will only receive a refund for your purchase; not including shipping. In order to receive a refund for these items, all items must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt. Also note when items are returned there will be a 15% restocking fee charge.
