Our refund policy is simple. Unworn shoes purchased on the Internet with the original shoe box can be returned for a full refund 60 days from your receipt of the shoes (unworn returns without the original shoe box are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please place the shoes and the original shoe box in a carton, shipping bag or wrap with heavy paper (like a grocery bag). Taping on the shoe box will result in a 15% damaged box deduction.) For manufacturers defective item (not how they fit), please contact us for a free return label. For returns after our 60 day return policy please give us a call at 888-662-7897.

Returned shoes must be unworn and in the original box.
1. When printing the Return Label, to reproduce the proper size/orientation, you might have to select portrait view. Using print preview before printing is an excellent time saver.
2. Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package.
3. Fold the printed label at the solid line above. Place the label in a UPS Shipping Pouch. If you do not have a pouch, affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label. Take care not to cover any seams or closures.
4. Collection and Drop-off - Take this package to any location of The UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot® or Staples®) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. Items sent via UPS Return Services (including via UPS Ground) are accepted at Drop Boxes.
