F O R E W O R D The plaintiff sincerely believes and greatly fears that he cannot receive a fair or impartial trial because he has been systematically denied and deliberately deprived of his God given rights to a fair and impartial trial by jury by the Orange County Government Court Judicial System. The Court has knowingly allowed the Plaintiff to be repeatedly intimidated, harassed and threatened by his own attorneys Scott Santos John Mc Elyea and Paul Barnard after it was brought to the attention of the Court as far back as March 6, 2008 when he filed a CONFIDENTIAL MOTION TO REQUEST THE JUDGE TO VIEW EVIDENCE EX PARTE. Additionally, the Plaintiff's attorneys along with the Defendants Mediator and J. Hood Roberts further intimidated, harassed and threatened the plaintiff to drop this case or he would be forced to pay $50,000.00 dollars in legal fees to State Farm Insurance and that there would be a lien placed against him. All of these attorneys are supposed to be Officer's of the Court abiding by the law but have clearly overstepped the boundary from practicing the law to taking the law and matters into their own hands while the State of Florida, Orange County Court System has done absolutely nothing. The United States Constitution guarantees unbiased Judges who will always provide litigants with full protection of ALL THEIR RIGHTS therefore the Plaintiff respectfully demands the State of Florida recuse itself in light of the below evidence that detail prior unethical and/or illegal conduct or conduct which gives Plaintiff good reason to believe that Orange County, Florida cannot hear the above captioned case in a fair and impartial manner. The Plaintiff is not an attorney and has been forced to represent himself due to circumstances beyond his control. The Plaintiff feels awkward and totally out of place doing so but over the last seven years he has been left with no other choice. This is not a contest or game with the lawyers or judges or meant to upset the
