* All return/exchange requests must be made within 14-days after receipt of a garment. Returns made outside this timeframe cannot be facilitated.
* Only current, first quality merchandise with its original labeling may be returned for credit or exchange. Washed, worn or soiled items do not qualify for return.
* Items shipped in error on the part of Carefree Casuals or that are materially defective are eligible for a no-cost return. Carefree will pick up and either credit or replace the incorrect item free of charge. A Return Authorization is required to facilitate a correction.
* Garment exchanges may be processed at the customer's shipping expense. A return authorization will still be required; however no restocking fee will apply.
* Complete returns of first quality product are subject to a 20% restocking fee + the cost of freight.

To initiate a return or exchange please locate the Self Service Field found on the left side of this page and select the "Return an Item" tab. You will be instructed to log into your account and submit your request online. A confirmation of all requests will be emailed to the account holder. Upon receipt, our customer service team will review the request and obtain a Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer. This data along with the correct return address will be emailed to the inquiring customer.

Sample orders are ineligible for return.
All undergarments and hosiery are ineligible for return.
