Merchandise must be returned in the original shoe box with a copy of your order confirmation, sales receipt or packing slip. Shoe Box must Be shipped back with an outside carton. Please Do NOT tape up the shoe box to mail the product back to us. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
