Customer satisfaction is an important issue with us. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be as it has been described. If you feel the merchandise must be returned for good reason we will refund the item price less a 20% restocking fee if it is not in new condition. The shipping, insurance and handling fee will not be refunded . It is important that you contact us with the reason for the return within 7 days.The return package must include the original packaging ,packing slip, the tracking labels with the returned merchandise. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition.The package can not be returned without our #RA.
If merchandise arrives in flawed condition or is an incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 3 days with the details of the problem and photos. We can usually solve any such issues by exchanging the merchandise for you. The shipping in both directions for this exchange are the responsibility of the seller. It is important that you include all original packaging with the merchandise shipped back to us for exchange. On rare occasions such problems do occur and you will find that we do our best to resolve them to your satisfaction.
