Return Policy Exchange Policy: We stand behind the quality of all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is not 100% free from defects, you may exchange the merchandise in it's original packaging. Understandably, special orders, perishable products (soaps, candles, candy, etc.), personalized items, and products that are made to order (buy-it-now category) by HansonEllis.com can not be exchanged or refunded. To cancel an order, please call 1.877.75FAVOR or email support@hansonellis.com within 24 hours.
Return/Refund Policy: If you wish to return the product(s), we will refund the product's subtotal. Shipping cost will not be refunded from your original receipt and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Product(s) must be returned within 14 days upon receiving the merchandise for a refund/exchange. Products sent after 14 days will include a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept products after 30 days. You are required to request RMA (return merchandise authorization) for any returns, exchanges, or refunds by contacting support@hansonellis.com or calling 1.877.75FAVOR. Please note reason for exchange or return on the invoice. For customer's protection, insure the package against damage/lost.
