The LWM attic ladder is a folding metal attic ladder, supplied with an insulated hatch door. The door is beige on the inside and outside. Allowed maximum load of the metal ladder is 350 lb, but during the laboratory tests, no visible deformations of the ladder were observed under the load of 1330 lb.

The 1 1/16" thick, heat-insulating hatch significantly reduces heat loss. A peripheral seal positioned in the milled part of the box provides a first-class tightness.

The ladder's segment folding system and possibility to lock the hatch in fully open position ensure an ease of operating. The double hinges' joints and stringer's profile plugging guarantee high ladder's durability. The patented hatch hinge's corner prevents frame deformation. The visible side of the hatch is smooth.
